  • How do I place an order?
    You must first sign up as a patient by providing us with standardized information through email or text message. The information required is: a picture of your valid state identification, a current selfie of you holding your ID, your address and proof residency. Once we have obtained said items, we call or text you to verify your information and place your order.
  • How long does the average delivery take?
    Once we have your information, your order will be dispatched shortly within 30-120mins max. We pride ourselves on being one of the fastest delivery services in the I.E. =)
  • Can I have it delivered to a different address?
    Yes, only if you a returning patient. FTP's must have a proof of address with their name on the document matching the delivery location.
  • Return / Exchange Policies
    if the item is defective we will of course swap it out no questions asked with simple proof of it not working. If you do not "like" a product, exceptions can be made within 24hrs of purchase.
  • What are the "points" ?"
    The points are in-store credit. For every purchase you make, 5% of that purchase goes into a virtual bank for you. Your money from the bank can then be redeemed up to 15% of the entire purchase within 30days of your last purchase. so, as long you make a purchase within 30days, you can continue to save up your points to cash out on a larger purchase.
  • Do I get anything for a referral?
    Yes, once the patient has delcared that you, a returning patient reffered them, you will get an edible of $20 or lesser value or a blunt of $20 or lasser value. *exempt from same address.
